Over the past 30 plus years, he has helped thousands of people file bankruptcy, discharge their debts, and address their financial challenges. He prides himself on the fact that much of his business over the years has been driven by personal referrals from past clients. John is an active and respected member of the community of Cincinnati bankruptcy attorneys as well as NACBA (NationalAssociation of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys). He has presented at various bankruptcy seminars and is a past chairperson of the Cincinnati Bar Association bankruptcy practice group.

Amanda has practiced in the field of consumer bankruptcy since 2011 and has helped guide hundreds of individuals through their Chapter 7 andChapter 13 cases. Her practice is concentrated solely on bankruptcy, allowing for comprehensive, detail-oriented, and focused representation throughout each client’s case. Her goal is to provide informed and responsive guidance throughout the complicated process, providing each client with the information they need to make the best decision to address their unique situation.Amanda graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and is admitted to practice in Ohio and in the USDistrict Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
